Nest and Nurture is about helping parents meet their goals in raising their children, by helping meet the needs of both parents and children.

Ways I can help you as you seek to Nest and Nurture:

Lactation Services

I am a Certified Lactation Counselor. I can help address and find answers to lactation issues, and help you meet your personal goals in feeding your child. This can include Exclusive breastmilk feeding, which can include both nursing and pumping, combination feeding (formula and breastfeeding) and help you with early latch as well as later weaning if you need it.

Prices are:

Initial Consult $150.00
The average initial consult is about 2 hours. I can do this in your home so that you are in the most comfortable location for you. This will include candid questions as well as observing a feeding in order to evaluate latch. It also includes record information intake.
It also includes access to me via text (preferred) or phone calls so that we can work on issues as they come up, etc.

Additional Consults_____$55.00
These visits will run about 30 minutes to an hour. Usually they are only necessary if there are still latch issues or other concerns that need to be addressed in person.

Birth Doula

I offer birth support and education. The choices made will be yours…I support and encourage you and help you find the best way for you to birth!

Initial Interview/meet up

FREE consult and interview. This is your chance to ask and find out if I am a good fit for you and your birth and for me to make sure your EDD is not too close to another client’s EDD…I don’t want to miss the birth!

$1000.00 –This includes:

• Monthly appts from 20 weeks to 32 weeks
• Bi-weekly appts from 32 weeks to 37 weeks
• Weekly appts from 38 weeks to 43 weeks
• Unlimited phone/email/text support from 8am-10 pm
• 24/7 On-Call service from 32-42 weeks
• Labor Support through birth…no matter how long it takes!
• Suggestions for comfort measures
• Support for birth partner
• Support for other children to help prepare them for new baby
• Two postpartum visits

$300—this includes:

HOUSE CLEANING

I offer house cleaning services for any parent no matter how old the children…and for anyone in general. Everyone deserves to have a clean “nest”.

$25.00 an hour

Postpartum Visits

Sometimes you just need someone to come and sit for a bit or to watch the kids so you can shower or nap.
